Creating a batch of new products (MiniHoarder)
Getting started with many products can be tedious. This process allows you to create multiple products at the same time, which can then be modified to include the images and downloads.
Batch product creation is done via CSV file. You can download a 2-product example CSV here.
If you prefer to create your own from scratch, the fields required are:
| Type | simple, downloadable, virtual | Not Including grouped products or subscriptions, this is required for basic simple products |

| Name | Test - Simple Product 4 | A name for your models/product |
| Published | 1 | Published state 1= published ready for sale |
| Visibility in catalog | visible | Visible = searchable in the shop / hidden = not searchable but users can go direct to the URL if they know it |
| Short description | Short Description … | This appears at the top next to the pay button |
| Description | Description - … | This is the larger description under the images |
| Tax status | taxable | Every Product must be set as taxable even if 0 price |
| Regular price | 1000 | The price a customer will pay before any applicable taxes are applied |
| Categories | Printables > Miniatures, Printables, Printables > Terrain | Categories you wish to be in |
| Tags | anothertag, tag | Any Tags you wish to add |

Batch creation process
- 1. Log in, navigate to Products
- 2. Click "import" (top right)
Import products
- 3. Select the file to import
Upload the CSV file
- 4. Map columns (this isn't required if your CSV is the same as our template)

- 5. Import and review
